Yes. Share your hotel or preferred pickup address when you inquire. We’ll confirm the transportation arrangements and pickup timing as part of your itinerary.
Do I need to stay in Manhattan?
No. Let us know where you plan to stay. We can discuss Manhattan or a location closer to your chosen courses, depending on the rest of your trip.
How do Bethpage Black tee time requests work?
Bethpage controls its reservation process and tee time availability. We’ll explain the options that apply to your dates, coordinate the request, and keep you informed. A preferred date or time is confirmed only when the booking is secured.
How long does it take to reach the course?
Travel time depends on your pickup address, destination, departure time, and traffic. We plan your pickup around the confirmed tee time and the course’s check-in requirements, rather than relying on one fixed journey time.
Can you arrange rental clubs or caddies?
Tell us what you need when you request your trip. Availability, fees, and course policies vary. We’ll confirm the applicable arrangements and charges in your proposal.
What is included, and what happens if weather affects play?
Your written proposal and booking terms specify the included services and applicable cancellation or weather policies. Course closures and rain checks are governed by the facility’s policy; any effect on your other booked services depends on the agreed terms.
