Services

NY Golf Shuttle provides luxury golf transportation, travel packages, and related services including:

  • Transportation to golf courses and resorts
  • Golf vacation packages
  • Private jet charter arrangements
  • Group outing coordination
  • Gift certificates

Reservations and Bookings

Booking Process

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email
  • Reservations are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer

  • More than 30 days before service: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 15-30 days before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before service: No refund
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email

Cancellations by NY Golf Shuttle

We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable
  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • May be transferred to another person

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making reservations
  • Arrive at designated pickup locations on time
  • Treat our staff and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any illegal or prohibited conduct
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles or property

Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

NY Golf Shuttle shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Missed tee times or connections due to delays
  • Actions or services provided by third-party partners (golf courses, hotels, airlines)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NY Golf Shuttle from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Insurance and Safety

  • All vehicles are fully insured and maintained to safety standards
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
  • Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NY Golf Shuttle and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Privacy
